It's the most European thing on American roads in my opinion. I hope it sells well. Will they make make an electric version of the forfour to compete with the Leaf, 500e, Mitsubishi i, etc.?

It's supposed to be all new sub 1000cc three cylinders. Top of the range will be a 90hp turbo.

Even f the tri-diamond had anything to do with designing it...stay away. (Former owner of a Dodge with a Mitsu designed engine in it...so I am baised!

One of them. It's the For Four which has nothing in common with the For Two.

Since they haven't sold anything in the US for almost 30 years, how is their reliability now?

Depends on which survey you read.
Here's one

The new ForFour is a streched ForTwo, unlike the old one which was a rebodied Mitsubishi.

It is? (Google, Google...). So it is. Seems odd to make a bigger car rear engined when you want to put some rear space in there for goods and people but there you go.

"Most European thing on American roads"
I firmly disagree. I believe the most European cars are those with refinement, class, style, and a sense of arrogance about them. For example, the S-Class. The Turbo 911. heck, even the Mark 5 Golf R32. This? not really...
