I just got shocked by static electricity from a cup of ice cream.

That's shocking news

How?

I'm trying to figure that out myself. Someone glitched science.

While I've never tested it, it's entirely possible that ice cream conducts electricity. If it was isolated (in a foam or non-conducting container) and builds up a charge, or if you built up a charge, you could discharge into the ice cream.
That sounded gross.

Take the red pill.

It was a glass cup. I'm just surprised as I've never had that happen before, lol.

Yeah, I was kind of surprised at what builds up static electricity. For example: jet fuel. All of the fuel lines need ground straps because apparently the fuel will start to build up a static charge and the lines don't conduct electricity very well through the fittings.
