I saw a new S-Class today.

It's rather boring visually, honestly. Nothing about it seemed special to me.

Then again, none of the large German sedans seem special in my eyes.

How many BMW's, Audi's, and Mercedes' are ACTUALLY good looking anyhow? BMW Z4. Audi S5. TTS? SLS AMG? Very few. I think the new Mazda 6 is better looking than almost all of the current crop of German luxury cars.

I like the 3/4 series, 6GC, i8, and Z4 from BMW.

The SLS from Merc.

And I like every Audi pretty much. Their styling is just very pleasing to me.

Every generation of 7-series has looked off to me since the E38. This generation is far better than the Bangle 7, but still doesn't look nearly as good as the E38.

Mercedes' are too busy now, IMO and I just find the current BMW's odd.

I don't count Porsche in the same group as BMW, Audi, and Mercedes, despite the mainstream luxury push they've been making with cars vehicles things like the Panera Bread, Cayenne Pepper, and Macadamia.

Except the interiors of these lux brands are much nicer with lots of soft touch materials, carbon fiber, and performance is incredible.
