I don't wanna sound like an idiot, but what's the problem?
I've been looking at the Acronym Finder , and did he mean to say "Small Block Chevy"?

FALSE! SBC actually stands for slammedbrochurecars.tumblr.com !
Did I just link my own blog! Yes, yes I did!

Yes. What makes this a facepalm is that no one with half a brain for engine tuning would get a single barrel carburetor for their performance car. Ever. *multiple* single barrels, yes. But a single, single barrel carburetor isn't doing you anything for performance. There's a reason why holley's gold standard is a 4-barrel.
SO yes it is far more likely that SBC would refer to small block chevy due to its ubiquity in the automotive world when compared to single barrel carbs.

The biggest displacement with single-barrel I can think of off the top of my head are some of the Mopar polyheads like the 318. Single barrel for performance would be madness.
Not sure if "Tonio Stark" is really that stupid or just trolling. "Cory Newman" clearly doesn't know any better, so shame on Tonio in either case.
