This is a clip from a Japanese series called Hetalia. It is sort of like Polandball but a cartoon. This bit makes me laugh because it sums up how I feel when I am in line.

Honestly there are moments that aren't good (chib-italia those squealy voices annoy me). but overall it is entertaining.
