Can't move them even at 28% off MSRP = Gonna have to opt for a Focus if you want a manual when the next generation of these cars appear.

There's one in Sterling, VA for 21k with a 28k msrp. Then again they also have one that is 16k with a 22k msrp, but it's an auto.

You're not looking hard enough...a couple of minutes and I see several of them have a handful of miles (I'm not going to look through every single listing)

Most autos seem to have similar discounts. Just checked a local Ford dealer. $5600-$6700 off or so.
