Why do I feel like this one is going to get blamed on GM with people crying how 'new GM' is no better than 'old GM', even though it's the supplier who screwed up, not GM?

Well, at least they are taking action and seeing what's going wrong.
General Motors Co.....is adding a visual inspection at a Delphi Automotive plant in Mexico where the ignition switch parts are being built for the automaker.
