Do you still have to help fix them, or are you above that yet?

Also, out of all the Lotuses(Loti?) in your region, how many do you actually think come in to get the recalls fixed? (give us a rough percentage)

i get called in to Volvo every now and then to get my hands dirty but for the other brands i stay in parts.

Lotus customers do answer the recall notices...all of them. But they do not do anything else.
