well, maybe in Austin aka (the least Texas place in Texas but a lot of people go there as their "Oh I've been to Texas.... yeah Austin" taste on the state and it's their mindset of what all of Texas must be but in reality it's far from it. It's like if you go to Johannesburg and stay in a posh hotel for 2 days and tell people, "yeah I've been to Africa, it is awesome there")
no it's not legal but perhaps in Austin it will be soon because hippies :]
