And they have some pretty bad ass hold music. Sounds like some crazy RPG back ground music, but with a good drum loop worked in.

That's one of the little pleasures in life, when hold music doesn't suck. Also, with today's modern technology, I'm kind of baffled why a lot of hold music seems to be staticy. Like it's playing on an old radio or something.
