Don't know how I feel about this...you're throwing away one of the greatest straight-sixes ever to make this, especially since TVR isn't around anymore...

But they're replacing it with one of the greatest V8 engines of all time, especially sine they don't make the LS7 Corvette any more and high revving, NA engines are on the way out...

It may be a fetish to you, but to an average automotive connoisseur, such an engine would be deemed outdated and barbaric.

Cam phasing, VVT, direct injection, basically everything that your everyday DOHC engine has. Also, cam in block is newer technology than cam on head. It makes for a lighter, smaller, and still stronger setup.

I'm one of those fools that thinks push rod V8's are just fine. They make cheap reliable power. I'm not sure what's not to love.
