I feel sad for my kids that my current house isn't close to the flight path of Kirtland AFB/Albuquerque international. As a kid I used to run outside when I heard a plane just for a glimpse of something landing. Granted the '80s was a great time for military plane watching.

Very true. The best I've captured so far were a couple little fighter trainers doing low passes, and I think a C-5 Galaxy wayyyyyyy up high.
