The garage is a very large one car....however I am planning to expand it.

it's actually a good sized house at 1900 square feet with a large 1 car garage. But the garage is very tall and will get expanded. And the driveway is huge.

Even with a decent sized one car garage you can go a long way if you get creative. I store my 3 hobby vehicles (full disclosure two of them are motorcycles) in a single car garage.
