...the only sensible luxury brand anymore is Lexus, when it comes to naming their cars at least. Except maybe their hybrids, but whatever.
IS250 - 2.5 liter v6. IS350 - 3.5 liter v6. (and the new IS200t is a 2.0 liter I4 with a turbo)
ES350 - 3.5 liter v6. ES300h - 2.5 liter I4+ a big ole hybrid system
GS350 - 3.5 liter v6 (same with F sport). GS450h - 3.5 liter v6+ a big ole hybrid system.
LS460 - 4.6 liter v8 (same with F sport). LS600h L - 5.0 liter v8+ a big ole hybrid system.
and basically the same thing goes on with all their SUVs and such.
What do other companies do?

Not only that, but they're still ranked the most dependable . For the 3rd consecutive year .

I love me some Lexus. So sexy. I want an RCF when it comes out.

Wait, how is tacking an H onto the model name not a sensible way to denote a hybrid model?
I really like the subtle blue aura around the badge on the hybrids though.

BMW has one car that is correct! 320i - 2.oL Turbo
I guess technically, it should be BMW 320iT.

I'm not having a problem with that, it's just that they make the number bigger than the engine size. Yes I know it's a hybrid, but can't it be an ES250h instead of a 300h?

He means the numbers are still higher than the actual size. Like the GS450h doesn't have a 4.5L engine.

And that's why the other day I had to pick up two of my friends. Both of their cars broke. Mine never breaks.

What is it with hybrids and blue logos, though?

I prefer Jag and Maserati's naming regimen. Nothing more than an 'S' denoting a faster car (or R-S for an even faster one). No bragging about displacement, just a discreet letter to let people who look closely know that it's bloody fast.
