Every time I see that I get tempted to call them up and fake-legalese them into thinking they have to sell at that price. Not going to work very often, but if you can sound properly officious you're bound to get one or two hits if you keep trying - even if only because eventually you'll hit on an illegal immigrant who is worried about attracting attention.

Howdy! I've been busy! I got an engineering internship full time for the summer and it's an hour from my house so I end up getting home exactly 12 hours after I leave for work but it's great. Hope you're doing well
