I hope you made some friends at where you worked because I will be coming down to your place (assuming I know which Domino's branch you work at) and I will be telling them what you intentionally did:
Swerving into the left turn lane without any indication and cutting me off as I legally changed into that lane
Braked hard (and nearly causing me to lock up my brakes) to make a hard left into a nearby resident without turning into the center lane like a civilized person
Oh, and I figured you'd be an out of towner considering I read your Californian License Plate, numbnuts. Consider your days at Domino's numbered.

My work is full of people who drive like asshats. They even give wheelspin in the shop.

I think you'll be even more aggravated when you realize nobody behind the counter will care

Domino's is probably not going to give a shit. At most they will tim him not to let it happen again. Its your story versus his. I used to deliver for Jimmy Johns, one time there was a driver who honked at me for something petty so I automatically flipped him the bird. He called and I barely got a slap on the wrist.

read your Californian License Plate,
This is just how people drive in California.

Not really, unless you want to piss off hundreds of residents here in Lakewood. We actually know how to drive here and we're not going to let a prissy little Californian fuck things up.
I nearly got in an accident as well.

And this is for nearly getting a motorcyclist killed?

Ok, lets assess the situation. He is probably male, 18-24, potentially a stoner, maybe even smokes weed with his manager (like I did). His manager is probably 20-30, male and quite likely friends to some degree with his driver (as I was friends with all my managers). You come in ranting and raving about how he cut you off and almost killed you. Manager will put on his manager face and tell you he will give him a stern talking-to and will maybe even do just that, letting him know to be more careful out there. But theres no way in hell he will fire him based on your story of his dangerous driving. Everyone has different perception of driving, a 'cut-off' to one man is a 'car length' to another. Speeding to one man is cruising 5 or so over to another. The kids job is safe. Although as a motorcyclist I feel your pain and I would be just as outraged as you, and I would call and bitch as well. But I would do it knowing nothing will likely happen.

He's right. You'll be better off showing up at Dominos, helmet on, license plate removed, and beating the hell of him in front of the fellow lowest common denominators working there.

Well, there's the good ol' Yelp tactic (but I'm not going to do it.)
But anyways, it's still bad business practices to have someone driving dangerously. I'm pretty sure you don't want to piss off the local populace for some Cali asshole.

It is without a doubt bad business practice, but its not exactly a stellar business. Its dominoes. Chances are the driver and the manager you will talk to both hate their jobs, and dominoes, and don't give a shit if one customer is pissed. Unfortunately.

Here's why I'm probably not getting a motorcycle, despite having the endorsement.
