Not MA. Louisiana. Only a few locations and most of them have small staffs. I'm getting my MC endorsement. Already took a class so I just need to pay. Unfortunately it can't be done at the title place that charges more but is much faster.

Do they offer appointments? The last time I needed to take care of something in CA I made an appointment for 2:30, checked in at 2:15 and was out the door by 2:25.
