My thought exactly. Maybe he was hoping a spontaneous car show would happen I he parks like that. "If you park it sideways they will come" kind of thing.

Yeah, it's Only the back of a super target, so it's not like it's a busy lot or anything. It's more of just the point. Yeah, away from other cars but no need to park like that because it is so far away.
