missing on my Foxy wagon today. Dont know why, but I missed rolling into work with that engine screaming behind the 4 speed. Have the most wildly inappropriate image I could find for a warm summer day

Very nice. We joke the best thing about our house is the view out the front door. We live on a $1M street. Just not in a $1M house.

the house I own that my ex and the kids live in is the same. 1820 farm house right on the edge of suburban hell (5-750K homes). And I have 2 acres when everyone else sits on a half. Tell you what...that place cost me $160K cash and about 5 years of my time. When I sell it in 16 years it will have proven to be a good investment, if I can keep up with the damn taxes on it
