Got 3 stars in all cups, including Mirror Mode. And I beat all the staff ghosts in time trials, so that means I got all the unlockables, except one that requires getting 10,000 coins first. Yeah, that one will take a while.

I had a brief trial of Mario Kart 8 with my brother at Best Buy this past weekend, it was fun as heck. He's thinking on getting a new console, but he's split on all 3.
