Consumer Reports has completely lost touch with reality

Time to take everyone favorite car advice for the elderly magazine, and toaster reviews for people who have't heard of the Internet to the farm in the country. For this insanity:

The Crosstour will make you cross-eyed. The sedan/SUV's swoopy styling looks nice, but it cuts visibility and cargo space.

"Swoopy Styling" "Looks Nice" OMGWTFBBQ! Seriously, one of the uglist most mocked car designs since the Pontiac Aztek has its looks listed as a plus? Look at that hideous design and the hideous color- this is what Consumer Reports thinks is stylish .

Maybe honda payed them, or they just really suck at car buying advice. (probably the latter)

They also said it's a stoopid purchase(I'm paraphrasing here) and they were spot in there.

Wait...

The Outlander and the Crosstour can be described as popular? Really?

I honestly don't hate the look, but I've only seen 2-3 in real life so I don't know how popular it is for Honda to keep making it

Maybe it was parked next to a ZDX when they were evaluating its style?

Yeah... I actually like the Crosstour. Screw what everyone else things, I think they look great. Hell, I can't stand the stance scene at all, but I'd say this takes it quite well:

if it's not a Honda or Toyota, consumer reports usually frowns upon every other car they review.

confession: I think think it looks too bad with the black plastic cladding to make it look more "off-roady"

crazy is subjective, as is one's preference to a particular car style.

Ill bet that the angle pictured is the best for that stanced Crosstour, and from others it might look funky, but it looks epic to me in that picture. Get rid of the hatch, lower the roof, and it looks way better than that lumpen Accord. Dat side surfacing!
