I once heard that Nissan made a sedan version of the R33 GT-R.
I'm doubtful this is one though…

looks real, they did make a really rare run of sedan GTRs
and seeing that it's Hong Kong, there's also a very high chance that it's real. So you're very lucky!

It's common for people to throw GTR badges on non-GTR Skylines. This is probably just a plain GT-S in disguise.
