I ran into some Citroëns around the Amsterdam port area yesterday, more precisely a whole bunch of C4 Cactus cars leaving a ship and entering the city.

Not sure what the purpose of this parade was, but both drivers and passengers seemed to be normal people ... well, apart from the fact that they all drove the same car and arrived on a boat.

Image quality is a bit sub-par because of the distance. It doesn't seem like a big car to me, although my guesstimate stems only from seeing one pass an Audi SQ5.

Are these part of everyday traffic in the Netherlands? If so, mea culpa. I for one was stopped dead in my tracks when I saw them; pictures doesn't seem to do the Cactus justice – it does stand out quite well visually, and there were lots of Audis around the port. Have these been out for a while and did I just happen to miss it? Anyway, they look alright even with 4-spoke rims, something I could usually nag about four an hour or so.

Also seen around Amsterdam, sadly w/o any SR20: several Citroën DS es, tons of Volvo T5 wagons and some V70 R, a few Tesla Model S, a ravished 500SEL with UK plates in front of the hotel I stayed in and lots of puny city cars.

Good for you, Amsterdam. Good for you.

I think it's actually slightly shorter than a C4 hatchback. Smaller than it looks, methinks, although I've yet to see one in person.

It is fairly compact, not that much bigger than the average supermini. Source: I have seen one up close.
