And no, I didn't buy a Porsche Design-branded hard drive... My mom did, though. According to the Apple Store this was the 'hot' hard drive to have, whatever that means.

Make sure you have backups - I've had more than one of those drives fail catastrophically over the years. Porsche clearly only engineer the outside.
