What more is there to say. I am surprised the police let him go while still drunk to be honest.
"RCMP in Clarenville charged a 48-year-old man with impaired driving — twice in one afternoon.
Police received a tip from the public about a possible impaired driver on Memorial Drive in the town on Monday.
Officers located and stopped the driver, and charged him with impaired driving and refusing the breathalyzer.
He was given a seven-day driving suspension and was then released.
But two hours later, police pulled over the same man again — this time in Sunnyside, about 40 kilometres from Clarenville."
