I think I want my username first. It will be going on my next car (whatever it may be). But Jalopnk and Oppo and even Opolock are up for grabs!

If I were amazingly arrogant, I'd request HUE 166 as a custom license plate. However, I'd get too many questions about its relevance to my name (Hugh), and not enough people would know what it was a reference *to* to make that worth it.
(HUE 166 - first properly tagged and operated preproduction Series I. Basically the "gold release" of the Land Rover)
Also, since mine is a hardtop in blue, I may lobby my younger brother painting his in pastel green with soft top to use it for his.

I'm split between using my username (which would fit neatly on a license plate) and something relevant to the car it's on (i.e. on a DeLorean, I think we all know what we'd pick if we could).
