They're both 5 lug, but the bolt pattern is probably off. Man that would be cool though.

I think 5th gen Camaro's use 5x120 and I think your Safari/Astro uses 5x5(5x127) :(

SS's come with 20 inch rims standard. Considering the RS package is basically an SS styling package, it makes sense.

Nope. Astro/Safari 5-lug is 5 x 5" (5 x 127mm), new Camaro is 5 x 120mm.
Here's a list of vehicles with which a Safari shares its bolt pattern. Offset, width, and diameter are another story.
My vote: the Australian-made ROH 5-spokes that were on Impala SSs. And a quick GIS later...
