It's a question as old as time itself. Since the dawn of man, great thinkers have pondered and toiled over it...
That's right: How can I record quality exhaust audio with my smartphone? Well, I can't claim to have totally figured it out (I mean, if Da Vinci couldn't do it, how could I, right?), but I think I have made some progress!
I started the video recording on my phone, then put my phone in my trunk, in the little cargo net thing, so it wouldn't slide around! Let me know what you think. Also, please note: it is dark in my trunk, so the video is, well, totally black. This is primarily an auditory experience. However, if you must have something to look at, I have gone through the trouble of adding subtitles for your eyes to follow. Please feel free to use them.

I think you need to turn them on with the little CC button at the bottom

ooooo the "play bar" was blocking them.
I see you went all out with them, that's good writing there.
What were you driving?
