The onramp is a place to gain speed. When you are on the onramp, take the opportunity to get up to the 65MPH the rest of the traffic is going. Don't sit there doing 40 and then try to merge and force me to stay in the onramp until you finally speed up and I'm forced to cut off a truck in order to get on the freeway.

I sometimes go slow in merge lanes and wait for a gap, then take off in said gap and end up on the tail of the people who just passed me while i was going slow.. having a fast car is nice, lol. And Mulholland is the only super infamous road I know the name of in Cali so..Mulholland?

Well, the mountains are good ;) Good guys car show just happened, but I think they have them often, Cars and Coffee is good everywhere they have them..the Golden super cruise can at times be pretty good (first Saturday of the month, so one just happened) there was just a big stance show.. I'm honestly mad at myself for missing the Cars and Coffee yesterday -.- Are tons of shows, just need to look for them really :P What part of CO you going to be in? It's mostly Muscles around where I am, but you can find JDM and Euro guys, aswell as Exotics if you look in the right places :P

Of course theres also Bandimere (drag strip), High plains raceway (which the Gold Rush rally was just at last week), Pikes Peak international race way (which will be having a big drift event at the end of the month) Pikes peak hill climb of course (also at the end of this month)

Nice pic. Do you ever drive Angeles' Crest? It's much more technical and way less crowded. There are a lot more bikes though. Oh, and Decker Canyon is one my other favorites. It's nice because it's close.

There's a chunk that starts near Ventura and Laurel Canyon. The other chunk is between PCH and Topanga Canyon

I've only done Angeles Crest once. Th is section is in Studio City and is rarely crowded. It has some pretty great views too

I hate people who can't merge, especially around here where there are some ridiculous short merge lanes.
