7 cylinders. Likely a Continental 670 or Jacobs 755. Those #s are the ci of displacement.

It would be badass to have a radial like that go through some kind of differential/transaxle to drive the wheels, but figuring out the logistics of such an arrangement are interesting to save the least.
I've wanted to build a hot-rod/vintage Indy-racer style car with an inverted in-line six cylinder Ranger 440 engine.

The trick with the ranger is you invert the inverted engine, otherwise the crankshaft is way too high to mount to a proper transmission and driveshaft for a vehicle. There are oiling kits for this application, but it's supposedly a real mess.
