Enjoy.
One of 167 BMW 3.0CSL with the "Batmobile" Aero Kit.
My Alfa parked next to a DS and a TVR
Stunning Alfa Romeo 2600
With WEBERS!
Austin Healey 3000, will it baby? Apparently so.
1931 RR body by Vanden Plas of Bruxels, used as a show car (most likely) for them at the 1931 Concours D'Elegance at Biarritz, then sent on to live in Cairo until the Late '50's when the owners family brought it to the states.
This is a rare original factory E-Type lightweight. It was louder than the 427 C3 Vette.
Beautiful driving restoration MGA.
Nice line up: Alfa Giulietta 1600 Veloce, Citroen SM (The owner owns eight DS's, one being a Chapron!!), Riviera, and GTV6.
Another great Alfa: Giulia Sprint Speciale.
And finally the GTV6 that was featured on petrolicious a while back.

Have you seen what other cars the guy with the E Type Lightweight has? He has an amazing collection.

Oh Yah. I take it you've been up to Redmond before then? This was only my second time. Last week he showed up in an F40. I assume his garage is bonkers. Also, the gentleman with the '31 RR came last week in a beautiful Austin Healey 100/4 LM with the Windscreen dropped. Fantastic.

I've been a few times. Some friends of mine are going next week but I can't go. That guy who owns the Jag and F40 owns a real Ferrari 250 GTO, 288GTO, F50, Enzo, GT MK4 Race Car, Alfa 8C (The old, expensive one) and a few other older Ferraris.

UM, WHAT THE FUCK? I need to be friends with him. I'm pretty sure I've seen his Alfa 8C at last years PNW Concours. I would die if I saw the 250GTO. I've seen the others in real life (except the F50 but never really cared for them). Next week is the big Italian show but there's a chance it will be raining, in which case I will not attend. So I hope it doesn't rain. I'm trying to make it down to Portland CC at some point this summer. Any recommendations on a weekend to do it?

I've been lucky enough to see his 250, which he does take to the show occasionally.
If the show is on next week, I'm sure he'll bring it. Last year I believe he brought the 250 and his Enzo. For C&C Portland, really any week that's sunny is fine. The turnouts are always great in the summer.

There is a gathering tomorrow at Old Country Village in Bothell tomorrow pre 1988 Euro and Japanese. I'm going pop up there for a bit.

Ugh I'd love to go but I work tomorrow unfortunately. Unless it's early in the morning.

Are you certain the E- Type is not a look alike? There was only 12 of these ever made. I thought they had riveted fenders, the pointy aero off the front side skirt???

It was definitely one of the original 12. I trust the owner as he also owns a multitude of Ferraris (F40, F50, 288GTO, 250GTO) and a GT40 mk4. It was crazy.
The picture you put up is of one of the Low Drag E Types. his was just a lightweight.

Oh ok I was just looking for further clarification, not questioning it, thanks for the info. That is amazing. I would kill my whole family for that car, maybe. Anymore pics of it? I recently saw an article Jag was going to build 6 more that were suppose to have been made back in the 60's.

I don't have more pictures unfortunately. :/ I was debating spending the whole time taking pictures or actually meeting and talking to people. I choose the latter.
