so, i'm ready to tackle the tint for the blazer, but i don't want 'just any tint'. the sick, twisted part of me that wants '02 lexus rx tint is much stronger than the reasonable part of me that would be fine with black.

Maybe try chrome if you don't like black. Personally I'd just go with black but chrome looks good depending on the color of your car and wheels. Black car with chrome tint and silver wheels = good look.

Don't do tint yourself hire someone it is tuff to get right.

i've done it before, but since i'm gonna spend money on this film, i'll farm it out to a pro.
also, the huge rear windows would be a major pita.

Don't they have tints now where you can just press out the bubbles?

Ya I'm sure it's possible to push them out, but you run the risk of messing up the tint. It's best to get in installed professionally to avoid any bubbling.
