Thanks for sharing, unfortunately most of that does not apply to me in Canada (our copyright laws seem to have some significant differences). There was a watermark on this photo as well, which was cropped out unfortunately. This one has seriously been through the ringer, even the editing on it isn't original. (If you're at all interested, the original is here: www.theronlane.com in the Autos section under "Commercial")

I can understand why you're pissed, however the Oppositelock system is based on a blogging system so there is not always a concern for finding sources for things before sharing content here. Pursue legal action else where. I read that your watermark had been cropped and the photo was edited. It's possible that somebody from Tumblr did this, otherwise I'm guessing somebody or a group/page on Facebook is behind this. I could GI search the altered GI photo to find whose botched your photo.
