Who's heading out to the Montreal F1 this year?

I'll be there on Saturday June 7th for the qualifications + other races, who else plans on going?

A few tips from experience;

Parking is limited - Get there early.

Bring appropriate clothing - If it's rainy, get a jacket and splash pants, seats will be wet.

If you're taking photos and/or video, bring spare batteries. My camcorder's battery only lasts an hour, while I have card that can store over 3 times that in video.

I wonder how much different the new V6's are to the old V8's in person, it should be an interesting comparison.

I am actually.

One of my problems the past few years has been spotting exotics on race weekends. Sure, Peel is still there, but I thought it was easier in the past.

I thought about maybe popping in for a day, but I'm not sure yet.

I may just take in some of the daytime events on the streets - my kids will enjoy all the cars and action.
