They are bonkers cars but I just don't think I could justify the price even if I had the cash and was in the market.

I'd wager some are "investors" where they think the car may rise in value, I mean it is the resurgence of the Z/28. The others are probably rich old dudes, rich young dudes, performance shops, and people that want something with more balls than a GTR.
