11-year-old, yes. 8-year-olds, mixed results. One ate most of his serving, the other said, "It's too creamy," whatever the hell that means. He had cereal and pineapple for dinner.

Ham and Sweet Onion Quiche

I used a bunch of ham I had left over from a spiral ham we had for Easter, and the onions were picked fresh last Saturday from a farm in Marble Falls. I thought it was damned good, if I do say so myself.
