Houston, we have a quiche. It may end up tasting like an old sneaker, but it does look pretty.
Time for a glass of wine.

Looks Good!
If you have doubts, serve it to somebody else first, Hehe.

Yes . The crust isn't, but the rest is. I have a ton of spiral-sliced ham left over from Easter that I have to use up. Super simple: sautéed onions, ham, Swiss cheese, half and half, eggs, salt/pepper. I hope my boys like it.

I'll be serving it to my family after soccer practice. I'm not convinced my boys will like it, but they thought it smelled good.

It sure does look Purdy though. I'm sure they'll enjoy it.
I think I can smell it through my screen.

The pic was taken right out of the oven. It's fallen a bit since then.

If they don't, I'll gladly take it!

Thanks! It's fallen some since I took the picture. I won't be eating for another hour or so. It's for after soccer practice. I've got to have stuff ready for the boys to eat as soon as they get home.

Well, that makes two of us. I always make a small snack for my son when we get home from school and work. Savoury baked goods (like quiches) are a great comfort food, especially on rainy and snowy days. :)
