!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! 104K miles (not bad for a 17-year-old wagon), and a $4,500 asking price. NPOCP?

I'd say it would be an NP for around $2,500
These generally tend to be overpriced. I'll do a KBB to see if my suspicions are right though.

beware that crappy transmission. Also low air in the rear tires doesn't bode well. Nice color though. 3rd seat is not rare at all too

The reliability of that would pair great with your Phaeton

I know, right?

That is identical to my mom's old car. Like, that actually could be her old car. I'm tempted to buy it just to mess with her.

It's overpriced, C5s (this one is a C4) tend to be priced about there. The 2.8 V6 is probably one of Audi's most reliable engines though. 2000-2500 could be NP

CP all the way. I bought one of these as my first car in near perfect condition with 130k miles in 2006 for $3200. I don't think its classic enough to have increased in value over the last 8 years (even with the lower mileage).

I'd spring a bit more (a grand, two max) for an S4 or S6. Turbo 20v I5 is much more fun, and probably more reliable.
