This documentary retraces the history of one of France's most iconic cars. All in French, no subtitles, but if you love French cars vous aussi, pouvez probablement connaître le français

Please stop trying to use the French language. You are embarrasing yourselves. Jason Torchinski is particularly guilty of this.

Arte's DESIGN series has a great segment on the DS 19.

Why? I learned French before I learned English. Admittedly my English is better then my French now, but I still want to use it, and want to improve it if it's wrong. Give me positive criticism instead of shooting me down.

Merci pour la correction. Mon français n'est pas aussi bon qu'il était.

When the DS came out in 1954 it was like every other car aged ten years instantly. That's how advanced this car was, both in technology and design.

I can totally see why....wasn't it in production until like the late 70's or something? I mean the hell with the technology, to be able to be in production for that long and have people still buying it...they for sure did something right

Sincere apologies... I do not mean to hurt anyone's sensibilites. I just was not sure what you were trying to say. And it is true that this site 'peut faire mieux' when it employs the language of Molière...
