Those two cars will be released on tomica limited vintage line-up very soon, alongside E30 which is comes in 2 type: 318i and 325i, and 4 colours (red, black, white, and blue). Now it's time for Nissan to made a full version of it.

Is it possible to get these limited ones on eBay or something after they come out? Or do you have to call some random phone number in Japan where you sell your soul?

Where do you live? Usually you can find Tomicas of all sorts in department stores in Asia. Failing that, there's HobbyLink Japan or your preferred online sellers (eBay included).

Norway, the selection over here is quite appalling, the toy stores only have like BMW Z4 and Volvos.

Well, not after import tax sadly.
But yes, that's include the tax in japan.
