Like most Jaguars, the intention was there, and they had all the right tools, but it broke down about half way though the project.

Actually, that is just a car abandoned on an old dirt road. It was abandoned after the driver hit a pot hole. The road sat unfixed for so long, mother nature reclaimed it and now it looks like this...
