won't happen. Mil vehicles don't pass emissions, so the government doesnt let itself sell surplus vehicles on to civilians. They either destroy them, use them to militarize the cops, or sell them to other countries to continue to be used for killing people. There isnt much on the us surplus vehicles market left other than deuce and a halfs and the last handful of cucv's.
