All three. Typically people refer to Brembo calipers as "Brembos" but they are a brake parts manufacturer.

Not for nothing but that's a bad way to refer to the parts. Kind of like a "stall converter".

Do rotors ever run out.

Brembo is a company, known best for their calipers.

Can I use like other rotors and pads but only the Brembo calipers? Sorry, I don't plan on doing anything relating to this question, just wondering about them.

Do you mean wear out or have a runout condition?

I don't see why not. Some cars are different though and I don't have any direct hands on experience with Brembo products. Doubt they're proprietary, but if any are, I guess those would be the ones.

Rotors, calipers, and brake pads can all be changed independently. Obviously the calipers have to fit the rotors, but otherwise it's choose your own adventure.

Like wear out. Like would they ever have to be replaced?

Brembo is a brake manufacturer. They make rotors and calipers. I don't know if they make their own pads but I wouldn't be shocked if they did.

If you had a car that came with brembo calipers and rotors from the factory and someone else made a rotor that was the same size and dimensions, you could use that second rotor.

Yes. You need to either replace or resurface your rotors at every brake job. Resurfacing is typically cheaper but you can only do it a few times (if even more than once) until the rotor thickness is below spec.

Assuming you're referring a car with Brembo brakes (calipers, pads, rotors) I'm not sure if you can use non-Brembo parts but a search at Advance Auto Parts online will probably give you a manufacturer and price for non-Brembo parts.

Oh ok, so technically they still kind of do, but just not as often?

Yep. Pad wears out first, then the rotor, then long after that the caliper, and then the hoses (though you should probably change them if you get a bad caliper). And fluid needs to be flushed from time to time as well.
