And it was worth it. You'll note I included a Miata to appease the masses.
Granted, they were paced laps with no passing, but it was a great way to learn the course. Unfortunately they didn't organize cars by power output, so there were a few bottlenecks due to cars like mine running behind some of the folks doing shakedown laps on some...less than adequately powered ChumpCars prior to tomorrow's race. This bad boy was the coolest ChumpCar I've seen though.
AND I got to drive a C7, not at speed or on the track. But still. It immediately made me feel like my car was garbage. Running my track pads doesn't really help, because it makes the car squeal every time you think about pushing the pedal in the middle. So...there's that.

Got to sit in a C7, not a big fan of how to get out of it, Haha. Those door buttons were hard to find.

That's the same problem everyone has getting out of the C6, even when you explain it to them.
