got it all lined up nicely, not just some fibreglass on the back, melt the seams with a soldering iron, and fill with plastic and bondo on the front. sand, paint, paint, done. Two hours, tops. :D

I had a bumper like that for over two years. It even passed the notorious German TÜV inspections! Real quality work! But I used black zipties. The white ones are rumored to degrade under UV rays.
