But I think this new Regal commercial is kinda funny. Plus faint turbo noise during certain parts.

The noises are fake....Although I do have one of these engines with a little more "oomph" swapped into my car, all you hear is turbo whistle, and its beautiful.

The real noise would have made you happier.
This is the same engine, with more compression, a larger turbo,, no cats, no muffler, and a super high flow intake.

It's more impressive in person... I need to get some shots of fly bys on it when it cracks....Sounds like a rifle going off.
And you can hear all turbo in the front, just the induction noise. On the rear there is a deep whine from the turbo, and then the deep tone to the exhaust. I love tunnels.....

I went to Buick's website and started speccing it out. I loved it more and more the more I read about it until I saw the price.
It does seem a bit pricey...

It is, but I'm always able to automatically subtract at least 5,000 off the price because my dad works for a GM supplier. Hooray employee discounts! But yeah, other than the price, it's a nice car all around.

If I remember correctly, it's possible to buy this as an all-wheel-drive manual turbocharged four-cylinder. If that's true, I can't believe this site isn't collectively changing pants twice daily at the thought of it, especially when you factor in the likely comfortable interior and not-terrible-looking dashboard.

AWD has to be autobox tragically. But it's actually a well sorted box with slap shift

Costs a bit of money to make that happen haha
My whole engine is upgraded over that, the block is still the Gen 3 LHU Ecotec though. Except mine is the European equivelent, and the H.O. one at that.
The US ones got the A20NHT, I have the A20NFT, the F makes all the difference.

Would be well worth it, I've always wanted a new Regal Turbo with the (shitty) six speed.
Swap all my upgrades to it, sell the Cobalt as a Shell, or whatever, and use the Regal as the Daily duty car.
