So last night I dreamed I went to one of those car launch parties, for some European make that we don't even get here (in the US), like Seat or Dacia or something, and it was in a blue-LED lit warehouse like all the others. HOWEVER—
1. They were playing an album of Jack Johnson doing all Backstreet Boys covers.
2. All the food and drinks were being served out of Rubbermaid storage bins, and the PA system kept reminding us to snap the lids shut on them after we took something out.
3. There was an "open mic shoe competition" at one point where people would get up on stage and take a minute to explain why their shoes were the best and should win.
4. There were no cars there.
