My coworker's scion TC. Dropped a couple inches, 1.5" wheel spacers, orange grill, orange wheels, orange wing, autozone stickers everywhere, fake carbon fiber/diamond plate on the rear side windows, fart can exhaust, and for a while a fake roll cage made out of PVC pipe spray painted gold. It's fun as hell because it's not mine.

I'm extremely tempted to ricerize my Co-Workers stock Ek hatch. A fart can, a huge wing, and some cheap chrome hubcaps will suit it well.

I personally like ricing cars to an extent. As long as it is tasteful and doesn't take away to much from the car itself. My Miata, when I had it, had been mildly riced. 2 3/4 racing beat exhaust. I did interior lights which could barely be seen from outside. The only other exterior mods planned were going to be having the entire car painted blue, enkei rims rpf-01 rims, and that was about it. My main modification plans were for interior purposes.

Years ago a friend of ours was going to be out of town for the summer. She left her poo-brown, dented up, early-eighties Corolla as a 'spare car' for any of our group of friends to use as needed(lots of unreliable 'project cars' being used as DDs in that group).

We decided we were going to rice it to the extreme as a surprise for when she got back. We had it all planned, from ways to mount a spoiler to the existing trunk rack to bumper kit made from plastic totes. Hell, one of us worked a vinyl sign shop and was going to make a ton of insane stickers & graphics.

The night we were driving it over to my place to start in on it, the car ate its timing belt. We figured it knew what was coming and wanted nothing to do with it.

I did it once. We had this old sunfire 5 speed we got from my aunt for next to nothing. In fact, here it is:

Bought a ton of cheap eBay parts - big wing, fart can exhaust, graphics. Even got some autozone parts in the mix, like a shift knob with blinking blue LEDs and fake "spinner" hubcaps, fake hood pins, the works! The only "good" thing we did to it was paint it WRX Rally Blue. Kind of a shame. We did such an awesome job of making it terrible that we thought we should put it up for sale and see if someone would buy it. By God, someone DID buy it. And before you say "pics or it didn't happen"... (note: not me in the picture)

haha. There's rice and there's rice. Are you talking multicolored body panels and APC wing on slushbox with a home tint job? Or slammed, forced induction, body kit, neon and vinyls with giant teeth rattling sound system?
