http://polldaddy.com/ is free and you can embed polls.

ShiftsandGiggles is right about this one, polldaddy is the way to go. The way to embed them is just to take the web address and put it into your post. The way to get the web address is to go to the results page and delete all the text after the second to last slash in the address bar. Let me know if you have any questions.
