Citroen Deux Chevaux 375cc
Nash Metropolitan
VW Beetle 1100
All cars must be stock and original. Take your time deciding, these cars aren't going anywhere quickly.

DD: Citroen. Open top on nice days, comfortable ride.
Track: Beetle. Best handling car in list.
Burn: Nash, because if you are going to drive a fifties american car, there needs to be ample room for coitus inside.

DD: Citroën
Track: VW (plus the British roadster reflected in its doors)
Burn: Nash
Wasnt really that hard. Although I can imagine tracking the 2CV would be hilarious with that suspension.

And to be clear the 2CV is the 9 hp model. Better pick a nice, flat track.

The 9 hp version? Not a later one? This isn't improving its viability as a DD, while you can use a newer one on a highway the 9 hp one is just too slow. As I'll burn the Nash anyway I think I have to switch the Beetle and the 2CV in my pick and will have to study how to optimize momentum.

Burn the poor Bug.
I almost said DD Bug, but I'll live with the slow for the character.
